Common questions

How long is the free trial?

Every trial runs for 14 days with full functionality, so nothing is locked. When it ends, you’ll be asked to activate with a purchased license, with no reinstall needed. If you don’t activate, the plug-in simply won’t load.

Do I need a physical iLok dongle?

No. You can activate directly on your computer. Of course, if you already own an iLok USB key, you can use that instead.

How many computers can I activate?

Each license includes two activations, in any combination of computers and iLok USB keys. If you need help deactivating one, contact us.

How do I move my license to a new computer?

Use the free iLok License Manager app to move the license from your old computer to the new one. If you can’t access the old computer anymore, contact us and we’ll help.

I bought from another store (e.g. Plugin Boutique or Avid Marketplace) — where do I get the installer?

You can always download the latest installers from our Installers page. Your reseller may also offer a download; either one works with your license.

What are the system requirements and plug-in formats?

Mac: macOS Big Sur or newer, on Intel or Apple silicon. Windows: Windows 11. Formats: VST3, AU (Mac) and AAX.

What is your refund policy?

Purchases from the FSK Audio webstore can be refunded within 30 days; to request a refund, contact support. If you bought from another retailer, please contact them, as their refund policy applies.
